Field tips

  1. Sweep the ground for sticks and rocks first, or lay it on the ground blanket or tarp.
  2. Top off the air before bed. Air cools after dark and the pad softens.
  3. At home, store it unrolled with the valve open so the coating doesn't crease.

Questions

Is it warm enough for winter?

No insulation rating is listed, so treat it as a 3-season pad.

Does it work in a hammock?

Yes. It helps block the cold air under you.

Is it puncture-proof?

No air pad is. Use a ground cover on rough ground.
